Placing an Order
Q. I’m having trouble making up my mind. Do you offer free samples?
A. Yes, we offer free samples on products that cost $10 or less. For higher priced products, we need to charge a minimum cost. To request a free sample, please contact us at (800) 686-5242. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer helpful customer service, 24/7, at no extra cost .
Q. Once I decide on a product, how do I customize it?
A. Just click on Start Designing to use our amazingly easy self-design tool, found on every product page. From there, you can enter text, upload artwork, add clipart, and select colors and fonts for one or more locations on your product. You can then preview the design, and if you aren’t ready to order, you can save it, and retrieve it later.
Q. Do I have to pay extra for color printing or embroidery?
A. One color and one location (such as front vs. back) are included in the base price. To find out the cost for additional colors and designs, click on the Price Calculator, found on each product page.
Q. How do I find out the final price?
A. There is an easy-too-use Price Calculator on each product page. After you select the quantity, number of colors, and specify the locations for printing or embroidery, the cost will automatically appear.
Q. What if I don’t like the product after it is shipped?
A. We stand behind our 100 percent satisfaction guarantee for 10 days. If there are any errors on our part after the artwork has been approved, we will either refund or replace your order. The same policy applies to any manufacturing defects that arise during the 10-day time period. If you wish to have the defective product(s) replaced, we will send via priority shipping, at no charge to you.
Customizing the Design
Q. What if I don’t have graphics to upload?
A. We offer free professional design assistance to alter an existing design or create a new one. Just give us a call at (800) 686-5242 and tell us you what you envision. Or email us at email@example.com. We also offer ready-to-use clipart you can access from the Start Designing design tool on each product page.
Q. What if I only have multicolored artwork and I just want one color?
A. Our professional design staff can help you at no additional charge. We can simplify your design to the color of your choice. Or, conversely, we can take black artwork and will work closely with you to create the best color match possible.
Q. What file types do you accept?
A. Accepted file types are: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP, .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF, .PSD, .TIF, and .TIFF. If your artwork is in a different file type, please email us your file firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our design experts will get back to you!
Q. Do I get to see a free proof?
A. Yes, just click the box marked “Proof Approval.” Once your order is placed, our expert designers will review your artwork thoroughly and email you a proof showing the suggested design for your final approval. Once you approve the design, you can no longer make changes without paying an extra cost.
Q. How long will take to receive my order?
A. Once we get your approval on the free proof, we can normally turn an order around in 10 to 12 days.
Return and Refund Policy
Except in the case of manufacturing defects or customization that does not match your order approval, we are unable to accept returns on promotional items.
Disclosure of Fees:
Some blank items are subject to a restocking fee. Returns on undamaged blank items may require an average of 10% to 20% restocking fee. This fee is based solely on the fee requirements of our suppliers. Because we do business with multiple suppliers, each with different fee policies, any required restocking fee will be communicated to the customer in advance of the order.
Responsibility for Shipping:
We’ll pay the shipping to get any misprinted, damaged or defective items returned.
Window of Returns:
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival. Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of receipt. Tiger Promo reserves the right to refuse returns.
Securing an RMA/Return Authorization:
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact us for assistance in securing a return authorization.
Receiving your Refund:
Upon reviewing and accepting your claim, the full or partial refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt of returned goods. The method of refund will depend on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded on the same credit card used at the time of purchase.
